Senior Account Executive, Healthcare

Core Function:
To grow UI’s product and service offerings within the healthcare business unit at a quota rate in an assigned territory

US Citizenship Required: Yes

Primary Functions:

  • Canvas and develop an assigned sales territory actively and conscientiously using UI’s sales methodology
  • Deep consultative selling skills, enabling discovery of prospect inefficiencies which can be improved or removed with UI’s products and services
  • Deliver a compelling presentation of UI’s solution to client problems
  • Give excellent software demonstrations that focus on solving key critical issues of customers
  • Build long-term relationships with customers by staying actively involved throughout the sales cycle.  This includes prospect identification, qualification, demonstrations, proposal preparation and presentation, and cost justification.
  • Team player with the ability to champion a cause to senior management and customers

Secondary Functions

  • Schedule attendance at webinars and seminars at various locations in the territory as needed
  • Record all results of prospect and customer contact in company CRM system per company policy
  • Complete necessary reports per company policy

Experience

Required:

  • Demonstrated success in driving sales and achieving revenue objectives including
    • Long sales cycle (minimum 6 months)
    • High dollar value product ($200k+)
  • Successful experience in market penetration and growing a territory and market
  • Proven ability to develop strong relationships with prospects and customers
  • Experience in the aerospace industry is required
  • Deep healthcare industry fit
    • General understanding of industry processes
      • Payers
      • Providers
      • Patients
    • Perceived as insider with ability to effective navigate the complex system
  • Professional demeanor and deportment befitting a senior sales person

Preferable

  • An understanding of UI’s competitors

Physical Requirements
Location: Anaheim Hills, CA (corporate office) preferred, may consider remote. If remote, will require travel to corporate office 2 – 3 times per month
Primary Environment: Office
Travel: Approximately 30%
