Business Analyst

Core Function:
Elicit requirements from users to develop detailed requirements and business cases for new road map modules

Primary Functions:

Elicit requirements from the users and people in the industry
Develop detailed requirements and business cases for new road map modules
Develop user interfaces and workflows to address business needs
Conduct market research in order to identify market trends and needs
Become a subject matter expert with CERECONS.
Serve as the primary functional liaison with the development team
Participate in work flow reviews and discussion during new client implementations

Experience

Required:

Experience in managed healthcare business (3 to 5 years work experience at Managed Care organizations, Enterprise software vendors, IPA, Medical Group, Health Plan, EMR companies)
Deep understanding of healthcare workflow, especially from the perspective of provider networks claims, including referrals, reporting needs within managed care organizations
Strong analytical skills
Ability to liaison effectively, including strong verbal and written communication, with a variety of sources such as client base, prospective clients, independent research, internal teams, graphics team
