This document covers the Privacy Policy of Unlimited Innovations Inc. (UI) and the use of information gathered or collected on its family of sites including cerecons.com, uiagc.com, uiasiapac.com, uius.com, getforesight.com, and any other site designed currently on in the future. Any changes to the policy will be posted under the Privacy log and identified by a revised last updated reference. Use of the site for any purpose indicates acceptance or approval of the policy as is.
Information Collected
UI sites collect browser-provided information including IP address, browser information, time/date stamps of visits, login name information, password information, and other relevant visit information. Some of this information is personally identifiable and is used both internally for usage management and externally by analytic vendors including Yahoo! and Google for advertising and visitor management.
We also use this information to track usage for payment from clients, performance of the site, understanding what features are most popular, and to identify users who need additional training or support. UI may share personal information about you with our subsidiaries and affiliated companies. We also may share personal information with our suppliers, contractors and agents who perform functions on our behalf, or in connection with products and services offered by UI or a request made by you. UI may disclose your personal information as we consider necessary to comply with the law or governmental authorities, in connection with litigation, dispute resolution, or administration of this Statement or a possible violation of this Site's Terms of Use or the rights of UI or a third party. In addition, UI may disclose or receive personal information in connection with a possible sale, purchase, merger or other reorganization of a business.
Certain UI Sites may allow for the electronic submission of resumes if you are interested in employment opportunities with UI. Resumes received by UI are used only for employment purposes or such other purpose you may request.
Usage of the data by Yahoo! and Google are managed by their respective privacy policies.
Children
UI does not market its products or services to children under thirteen years of age. We do not intend to collect personal information from children and request that children do not submit personal information to us.
Click and Cookies
In certain areas of our site, particularly secure areas under a login area, we track individual page users including:
- How long the user is on the page?
- What records are being accessed?
We use cookies which are a small reference data file stored on a client machine to authenticate and reference a user for a session. These cookies may remain on a machine after a session is completed, but any secure session authentication expires at a given interval of time and will require re-authentication after the specific interval of time. You are not required to accept any cookie we might use, although some areas of a Site may not be operational without the use of cookies. You can disable cookies on your computer by changing the settings in your browser. The information collected helps us identify data relating to usage and trends, address any problems with Site administration, and to further improve this Site.
Medical Data
Some of our web sites incorporate personal medical data from various third party sources. This medical data is delivered in consideration of HIPAA guidelines as a business partner for security and access control. Medical information is provided to patients, caregivers, providers, and other care personnel as needed to provide care and management of the patient. Use of this data is tracked for audit purposes and may be referenced by health plans, government authorities under court order, contracted medical groups, and other entities which will already have permission to use such medical information under privacy policies given to patients at point of care or through other means of communication. The data is owned by contracted medical groups and their related entities and UI only provides access to the information of which a copy is stored on our servers. Any removal or change of the data from our servers will not remove any permanent record as we are not considered a ‘system of record’. We do not allow a user to view or change such information under this policy.
Retention
UI will retain information collected by a Site for as long as it is needed to fulfill the purpose for which the information was provided, to maintain a record of communications with you, or as required by applicable law.
Security
UI uses certain security measures designed to guard against the loss, misuse and alteration of information gathered by through our website. However, UI cannot guarantee that transmission of data over the Internet will be absolutely secure. Due to the open nature of the Internet the information you provide may be in environments that do not have adequate security measures and may be accessed and used by persons other than those intended. As a result, while protection of your personal information is important to us, UI cannot promise the security of information you transmit to us and you assume the risk of any third party obtaining that information.
